What happens if my flight is delayed?<\/dt>
We will pick you up anyway. Please give us your flight number with your request \u2014 then we can see the actual landing time and move the pick-up accordingly. There is no surcharge for the waiting time.<\/dd>
Can I get a child seat?<\/dt>
Yes. Child seats are part of our equipment and cost no extra charge. Please state in your request how many children are travelling and how old they are, so that the right seat is fitted before we set off.<\/dd>
